I Have Been Born Again, What Next? is useful for new member's orientation classes in older established churches and as a refresher course for long time believers.

Introduction

These lessons are written to the believer in his new life as a born-again Christian.

The theme of the lessons is found in 2 Corinthians 5:17 -- "When anyone is joined to Christ, he is a new being, the old has gone, the new has come."

The Eleven Lessons deal with basic elements found in the NEW LIFE of the believer:

When a person is born again, it is just the beginning of a new life. A study of these lessons will get the believer started in successfully living the new life.

It is important to note that these lessons are relevant topics wrapped up in Scripture. The Bible is the authority, therefore Scripture is used extensively.

Some class members will want to follow the Scripture reading their Bibles while others may prefer to follow the Scripture reading that is printed in the lessons.

The scripture is printed in the lessons because it allows the class members to share the same translation and for the convenience of those new believers who may not have a Bible.

Scripture quotations are from Today's English Version. The author has used bold print for emphasis in some of the Scripture.

Suggested uses of these Lessons:

• After members of a Bible Study group are born again, they may wish to continue in their group Bible Studies. (This book is designed to be used by these groups. The lessons can be used to prepare a group of new Christians to become a church.)
• A church may use this book for new-member classes.

Suggested ways to study these Lessons:

• Study one lesson each week.
• Allow one hour for each lesson.
• Permit class members to participate in reading, either by paragraphs or pages.
• For the review or discussion period, let class members read the questions and search for answers.
